Another good thing about 1:87 models is that I could use them on my HO scale model railway.

That is a nice model. A tower crane is something that I've never operated. I stick with mobile cranes only.

Are you planning to review the new Wolff 7534clear scale model as well?
I personaly think it even tops the Wolff 700B. It comes with a new tower system and the matching adapter AND the counter weights have a special feature. ^__^
I don't know at the moment if I will review the 7534.

Is the jib extension kit more lattice for the Luffer or is it just the rooster on the end of the luffing jib
Rooster + different counterweight.
The original WK700B-US contails the "FlyJib", its electrical cabinet and winch, the main electrical cabinet in a stainless steel (V2A) and a shorter counter jib wit steel couterwheight instead of the normal ones out of concrete.
short tower sections for using the climbing frame unit would be good!
How long took it to build the model and where did you bought it?

Good idea, but I think everyone already has one.
Prefer 1/50 but it still looks smart and nice details..
Why do they make them in the 1/87 size ?
To keep the size and cost manageable. It will be a customer (Wolff) requirement.
1/87 is the "usual" size for that type of model (not all WOLFF customers have the space for a 1/50 model). There was also the idea for a 1/50 model, but it seems it was too risky (potencial buyers / price).
Maybe we get a new crane model for BAUMA, that would be great!

These types of Tower cranes are very rare in Germany. We just see them on fairs like Bauma or in your Videos.

CranesEtcTV I guess that' s more cranes than we have ltm 1350s in Germany.
You can finde many of them in Frankfurt ;-)
Julian Knödler In Bavaria ive never seen one except on bauma, but it makes sense in Frankfurt because of all the skyscrapers.
