The rolling transformation shots were amazing. I don’t think I’ve seen it done like that before and boy was it effective. Coming from a ford guy, that gmc is actually clean as can be.
It might be the goofy octagonal wheel wells but I’m thinkin’ you need some more meat on those tires. I’m not up on my Duramax knowledge but with other brands you could probably fit or come close to fitting that size tire stock or with just a leveling kit. I’d of started no lower than a 37 for a 6 inch lift.
JH, I do have to say that is a very sharp truck. Me personally would have gone with a black rim, and blacked all chrome out. If this one does become a give away truck, someone is gonna be super lucky and score a beautiful rig.
I doubt you'll ever see this, but you know that radiator has been cracked for a minute..... LOL 😆 you guys killed it on the truck..... painted flare's so tastefully done, your modified mud flap looks factory, keep it black. Awesome job!!!👍
Cheap upgrade for the axles for the 05 plus super duty east coast gear supply sells the f550 assembly for like 200 ish dollars and upgrades the u joint to a 1480 to a 1550 with no modification needed and it’s a sizeable difference
Love your channel and a big proponent of "your vehicle should reflect you". I admit, I prefer the before, but glad you are happy with how it turned out!
It’s all personal preference and I realize it’s a daily buy those tires are way too small, kinda looks like your truck missed leg day. You should at least run a 37 with 6inch lift
Think it's funny how excited we all are about catching a JH episode early lol. It's the small things! Those denalis are just beautiful, nothing better than voiding warranty man!
no cap i cant stand most of these big builds but this actually turned out clean af and i really dig the matched flares. great build JH team. i would drive it 100
JH man that is one sick looking unit with the lift kit and the wheels. I really like the lights on the wheel wells those are fire. Hope you guys have fun at Glamis.
My guess with the hood stack being cattywhomped is maybe from hitting those holes so hard mighta bent the frame a bit.. same thing with the axle was from hitting so hard probly on top of the beefy tires
I think your truck looks pretty sweet but I have to agree with some others and that’s not a big enough tire for that amount of lift. Too much fender well gap for my taste.
clean build, Im not super big on the big wheels with small tires, but still clean. Definitely love the fender flairs, I didn't know those were a thing.
My first car, in 91 was a 1981 Isuzu Gemini diesel. One of the first diesel cars ever. My 59th car is a 2008 diesel Ford Transit for camping. I started watching you on Cleetus' channel, now I watch your channel because of your personality.... not the diesel stuff. Oh... and Danielle. Nice one mate
You'll have to weigh the amount of mud on the truck straight outta the bog one day(for shits and giggles). Could use Cleet's scales! Then you gotta wash the mud right there by his shop doors to see the difference, haha. That or he lends you the scales for a few -hours- weeks, right? :P
Add lights to the sidesteps it would light up the bottom of the trucks to match the lights on the fender flares so you would see them if the steps were up or down.😃
You could flare the bottom of the hood stack connection, and curve the metal to smoothly meet the manifold, and add an an expansion chamber further up the hood stack, and increase the diameter of the tip of the stack, to increase the vacuum
With those 36’s you should add a Speedo Calibrator from Hypertech. Corrects the shift points on the trans too without reprogramming the TCM. No voiding warranty.
Glad you put polished wheels on it, never been a fan of black wheels. Truck looks great. I think the future wife needs something very similar. Can’t have her running around in a sub par ride.
Truck looks good those clear lights on the flares set it off...for me i like a tire with more side wall ...but thats a sweet ride man ..with a 6 half inch lift throw some 38s under it
I was very impressed with those Amp Research power steps, I put a set on my bosses super duty, and the install was simple, and everything was measured perfectly, a very nice upgrade for sure!
I bought my 07 brand new from Carl Black GMC in Sarasota when I lived there. Was cool to get a brand new truck with lift kit a wheels and full warranty from a dealership back then.
Love the way it look you guys killed it. Only problem i can see is shop truck is sapose to be used for shop work and making it so tall makes everything harder for you and your guys to load and unload big parts. Love the channel
Looks good guys! I did a Cognito lift on my 2019 Chevy HD in my driveway. I thought using a floor Jack was sufficient for dropping the front differential out, until it almost fell on my head 😅. You’ll have that on them big jobs 😂
Those paint matched fender flares look so good
It's definitely cool how much better painted wheel flares look over the plastic look
Big wheels and small tyres, very city boy look jh
Work truck life 😂
Well its a sttreet truck sooo
Tires aren’t small
Those tiny tires with that much lift make that truck look like lieutenant Dan.
I mean they are 36’s they just look small cuz the 24’s
Man those fender flares changed the look of the truck by themselves. Sweet rig 👍🏼
“An inch. That’s huge!” - JH
hey every extra inch counts :)
Tee shirt idea 😂
Said every lifted vehicle owner as they're trying to compensate their short comings 🤣🤣
Stubby guy life.
I live by that saying!!!
The rolling transformation shots were amazing. I don’t think I’ve seen it done like that before and boy was it effective. Coming from a ford guy, that gmc is actually clean as can be.
_That Denali HD really is a beautiful truck! The mods you did to it should be offered from the factory they look so good!_
She looks CLEAN going down the road. Very nice updated look. And those tires are the best. Been running those for years.
Should have gave the sprinkler a shift inside the cab too. 🤣🤣
It might be the goofy octagonal wheel wells but I’m thinkin’ you need some more meat on those tires. I’m not up on my Duramax knowledge but with other brands you could probably fit or come close to fitting that size tire stock or with just a leveling kit. In Cali.....100% Mexican Pride truck. Looks good.
Those color matched fender flares made all the difference in the world. Looks killer
jh made a nice truck look like it belongs to a monster drinking kid named kyle lol
Cheap upgrade for the axles for the 05 plus super duty east coast gear supply sells the f550 assembly for like 200 ish dollars and upgrades the u joint to a 1480 to a 1550 with no modification needed and it’s a sizeable difference
I did the sprinkler trick when i was younger. Parents got mad about all the mud in the driveway
That's why you do it in the grass! Or right in front of your dad's shop door 😂
Love your channel and a big proponent of "your vehicle should reflect you". I admit, I prefer the before, but glad you are happy with how it turned out!
Dude your content is full American mullet style thank you
Undercarriage looked immaculate with that sprinkler trick!
It’s all personal preference and I realize it’s a daily buy those tires are way too small, kinda looks like your truck missed leg day. You should at least run a 37 with 6inch lift
No it don’t, it looks good
They come with 35s stock . I got 36s on my 2024
They are only .6'' or about 5/8'' smaller than a 37.
I agree with you for my preference. Need a bigger tire for that lift.
*says it's personal preference then proceeds with giving their own opinion*😭dudes gonna do what he wants he spent the fuckin money yo
The Denali transformation is Amazing, so sick JH hopefully you keep this one for awhile it's Beautiful!
Justin killed it on this one. Makes me miss my old little 1500 GMC Sierra
The truck looks good. If you paint the small piece at 16:19 you would have to paint the front bumper to match because it's all on the same level.
Came out clean! Hell of a job! Almost looks like a Texas truck just needs a nice color matched Ranch Hand 💪
Think it's funny how excited we all are about catching a JH episode early lol. It's the small things! Those denalis are just beautiful, nothing better than voiding warranty man!
I got same truck but not lifted yet
Lifts dont void your warranty.
Truck is SICK!! Great work as always! Ole Bogger's bogged down with a 1/2 ton of mud!
Crazy how some paint match and a lift and wheels and tires make a difference on the look. Looks great !!
THE DASH IS MUDDIER THEN THE UNDERSIDE 😂😂😂😂 THE SPRINKLER IS A LEGEND
no cap i cant stand most of these big builds but this actually turned out clean af and i really dig the matched flares. great build JH team. i would drive it 100
It looks awesome. I love an all-white truck set up like that, they look so clean.
That sprinkler idea is fantastic, especially for tucks and cars with so little rust
I have been using sprinklers for washing the underside for years. nice to see someone else does it also.
JH man that is one sick looking unit with the lift kit and the wheels. I really like the lights on the wheel wells those are fire. Hope you guys have fun at Glamis.
That's a ridiculously cool truck. Stay safe in Glamis!
Such great wheel and tire combo! Love the polished wheels and color matched fender trim makes for a damn clean look
My guess with the hood stack being cattywhomped is maybe from hitting those holes so hard mighta bent the frame a bit.. same thing with the axle was from hitting so hard probly on top of the beefy tires
Have a great time in Glamis looking forward to to the vid to come on that.
That's a good-looking setup fellas, when he was backing up there was no Fender rub

Lift, wheels, tires and colormatching is perfect
Clean upgrades! Completely changed the look.
Great rolling shots of the before and after!
Keep up the great content!
Subtle foreshadowing at the end ✌🏽😎truck looks great
Yea the your truck looks good for a GM product but those tires are waaaaaaaaaay too small for that much lift.
Add lights to the sidesteps it would light up the bottom of the trucks to match the lights on the fender flares so you would see them if the steps were up or down.😃
wow, that gmc looks amazing . great job justin and jh!
Fenders look perfect!! Sharp truck build
Truck turned out beautifully
You could flare the bottom of the hood stack connection, and curve the metal to smoothly meet the manifold, and add an an expansion chamber further up the hood stack, and increase the diameter of the tip of the stack, to increase the vacuum
What size where the tires? just kidding truck looks great.
Tires are too small for that much lift.
Looks awesome bud. Would have been sweet to have Mikey (wormy) powder coat the brackets white. But looks really good.
The truck looks awesome!! Well done, JH n Justin 😎🤘
Awesome Video I like the down days and not just projects all the time.
What a solid tip... Thanks Bud!
It’s BEAUTIFUL White out the rest. Mirror backs, foot step in the back fender wells. Oh man it would be super clean
That's a slick 'shop truck' now! 🤘
New flares look so much better than stock! Nice MCM vibe doing simple mods like this
JH and Justin, y'all rock! Love the channel and content. Peace
It looks absolutely amazing. Totally different look
Looks amazing. White is classy
She is perfect brother. Nice work.
The before and after shots really show what a huge difference these few mods made to the truck. Looks mint.
Looks good definitely a huge improvement
Nice editing fellas. I'm proud of you guys
Looks great. Beautiful truck. Made a huge difference
Truck looks good those clear lights on the flares set it off...for me i like a tire with more side wall ...but thats a sweet ride man
..with a 6 half inch lift throw some 38s under it
Great build, looks very clean
I was very impressed with those Amp Research power steps, I put a set on my bosses super duty, and the install was simple, and everything was measured perfectly, a very nice upgrade for sure!
Sick choice on the wheels 👍
Just needs white cab lights, white mirror lights and PTM emblems and mirrors! Looks sick
Shop truck looks beautiful! Its crazy how much a lift, wheels and tires can do for the look
those black wheels look a lot better on there imo
That looks one bad ass unit right there. What a transformation...
Truck looks amazing guys much love and respect thanks for sharing ❤
I bought my 07 brand new from Carl Black GMC in Sarasota when I lived there. Was cool to get a brand new truck with lift kit a wheels and full warranty from a dealership back then.
truck looks fire wish i lived closer you guys rock
Justin killed it🔥🔥🔥🔥love it
I'm not one for the fancy polished wheels, but I will admit they look really nice on that truck. Very classy and elegant.
THE DENALI LOOKS ON POINT👍
Love the way it look you guys killed it. Only problem i can see is shop truck is sapose to be used for shop work and making it so tall makes everything harder for you and your guys to load and unload big parts. Love the channel
I was uncertain on the wheels until I seen the rolling shots. Looks good way nicer then the old shop truck.
Stance is goofy 🤣
Looks amazing , would love a set of the folding steps for my 06 LBZ .
Looks good guys! I did a Cognito lift on my 2019 Chevy HD in my driveway. I thought using a floor Jack was sufficient for dropping the front differential out, until it almost fell on my head 😅. You’ll have that on them big jobs 😂
If I had the money this is exactly how i would want my new truck ( if I had one) to look. Looks bad ass y’all!!
That truck is fresh AF!!
Jh goonzquad
Love the way the truck turned out…
Beautiful truck yes please! God bless and stay safe !
Man the truck turned out great, super clean look keep up these brother
