4:45am, Tues, Nov 19, is the time here in Northern California as I watch episode #45 of 'HOW TO GAEL'☘️. EP #45 was posted on TH-cam about 3 hours ago. Well, there wasn't much chance of a long walk today, because of rain, so I walked a short distance to the corner store and bought a 'Rio', and a 'Pipeline punch' Monster energy drink. Back at my 14th floor apartment, (top floor of the place), I read for awhile about the birds of the north country, Greenland and Iceland. Well, as you might know I am a democrat and I had hoped Kamala Harris would win the White House. The day after the election, there were some sobs, long faces and sadness because in California, a blue state almost everybody is a democrat. But now a week or so after election night, everybody here is glad about Adam Schiff winning a Senate seat. For the next 4 years the democrats will try to do as much as possible, from the minority position. After sitting near the window and reading about Arctic birds,.. I looked for awhile at the TV coverage of the several Wednesday 🇬🇧PMqs and a spot about PM Sir Keir Starmer's recent G7 press conference in South America. I'm an Angela Rayner fan, she is wonderful. I think if I were living in the UK, I'd be in the Labour or Liberal Democrats party Did you know that here in the USA, there's not many UK Tv shows that are shown and available? I like to watch old reruns of COUPLING 🎥, the BBC comedy from 2000-4. I like to watch 'HOW TO GAEL' because the TH-cam videos remind me of Susan, Jane and Sally, talking about Patrick, Steve and Jeff. Here in Northern California, everybody speaks mostly the American version of the British/English language. Therefore the phrases, a shag, a snug/snog, and a fancy, aren't used much, and sound interesting, charming and fun. I wish the BBC would make a sequel to COUPLING 🎥, Hey near the end of November, a few days after Thanksgiving day, I plan on seeing 🎤 Shana Morrison ☘️ 🎵 sing at the Hopmonk in Novato, CA. That's the news for this time from Northern California. Thanks 😊 for posting on TH-cam episode 45, it's a fun hour with lots of northern UK Ireland Scotland style language and culture. Please keep up the good work because California needs more culture and art from people like you. Bye bye till next time. , Larry
