Don’t pour ginger and garlic paste for this in case you make it. Actual Bangladeshi recipes do not use ginger paste in fish (or shrimp) recipes. Cause that would destroy the distinct flavor of the fish or shrimps. We only use onion and sometimes (not always) garlic paste and cumin powder. Some turmeric and red pepper with salt! That’s it! Try it with that, you will enjoy the taste

In fact most of the recipes given in this channel while looks good, won’t taste as good or authentic as the actual Bangladeshi recipes we prepare at home.
