3:31 I would use a longer pipe that goes through across the lamp pole, just to be sure that the cement base wont just fall off from the pole. I'm not confident with those flaps. I would pull the wire with a thread instead. Nice video, thanks.

For more light you can use acrylic paper and instead on wood using for bulb we can double the card board and glue and can also make it.
