This is super nice plan! However, I'd like to change the stairs to a spiral stairs, put a higher rail and put work space at the mezzanine. I'll also adjust the laundry area to be smaller, add wastafel to it and enlarge the kitchen area, removing the dining table and replace with a kitchen island.
I love the design of the home. But not the stairway to the loft . Maybe a spiral. Also those slabs in front of the steps to the front porch. That looks dangerous coming off the porch at night. But the home is lovely. Really like the design. Thank you

Back porch laundry?! Nope, I would encode it and make it smaller for more room in the kitchen. I would make it on bedroom with bigger bathroom and more closet space and a bigger living room. No loft! That would be perfect for single or elderly person. Put a roof over the front porch!
Would not put fridge in front if a window. Needs an oven. If 3 bedroom why is dining area only for 2 people. Washer and dryer should be inside house not exposed to rain, snow.
A refrigerator in front of a window? Cut cost by removing the window. And remove the loft. Also, an exterior door for the back porch would be good. Otherwise, cute house.
