Anthony - great question. We have toured a few other Frank Lloyd Wright properties and all of them had roof leaks - some very extensive. They did not mention any roof leak issues on the tour. They did mention that the house was designed without gutters which had caused problems and there has been millions of dollars of restoration work done, but it was not clear if any of that was to the roof.
