Her arts-buster buff on NP lasting 3 turns is a much bigger deal than people might think. It doesn't just make her ramp up damage bigger. Even before the buff, Tomoe could easily charge her NP with arts crits if the arts buff from her 2 was up. Now the arts buff from her NP makes it more easier to do that.
