This fight was intense!!! Your choreography, the fighting dynamics, everything was on point! The fight was really lengthy, too, and you still managed to keep the battle insanely creative with each second! Keep going and dont lose motivation! I'll be watching ;)

Its crazy how much DBZ has influenced most forms of animation...
I mean not really sprite animations. In these animations, there just making there model move all over the screen. Thats not really inspiration and plus DBZ never did that. The only higjspeed thing they do is move there hands really fast and teleport but they dont speed blitz the entire screen like alot of sprite animations do.
While I like fight animations, I wish there were sprite animations with actual story and meaning. I’m kind tired of seeing so many fight animations. I still LIKE them but...

In what world is Super Sonic invincible??? That is a dumb claim and makes no sense whatsoever. Many DBZ characters can crush him wihtout trying.

@@Firemarioflower Hate to make you feel like an idiot but here's a list of the Super Transformation abilities (canonical which means no spinoffs):
1. The wielder gains near perfect invulnerability. Unless the attack came from someone/something like Dark Gaia, Solaris, the Egg Salamander or the Phantom Ruby zero damage will be dealt.
2. The wielder gains access to unlimited flight meaning that anyone who uses the Emeralds can fly until they run out of Ring energy meaning anyone fighting someone else with the Chaos Emeralds in the sky will get tired at some point during the fight.
3. If you're facing Shadow you have to deal with enhanced Chaos Powers meaning Chaos Control will last longer than normal. If you're facing Sonic you have to deal with speed that's faster than most characters.
Remember this, in order to use the Chaos Emeralds you must turn your THOUGHTS into power not... whatevers going through your head.

When I see these sprite animations, I like how sonic uses his Light Speed Attack as a technique that he regularly uses. It would really help Sonics Arsenal to use something like that. Great vid^^
Note that Shadow can use it too.

Ok seriously.. This fight was awesome. The custom sprites were great, choreography is nostalgic and for a first time using flash, this was a massive step up from the previous fight. Good work on this battle.

Incredible work! Although the ending was a little abrupt, it's not a hard thing to ignore when the rest of the animation is fantastic. You can really feel the weight of all of the attacks and the overall choreography is brilliant. A certain few of the scenes remind me a lot of Nazo Unleashed and the Sonic RPG series.
Personally I think the end is abrupt because it shows they learned from metalix turning super earlier
that is the true respectful video of each character i mean Sonic is the supreme hedgehog he has his super and HYPER which is original to him and no one has even shadow is suprised by it. dude amazing job so respect to the original franchise and so cool battle.
Right up until the end, I was thinking this could be a prequel to the super Mario Bros Z timeline.

I love that metallix did that desperate yet confident final attempt at stoping sonic from transforming. Really captures his personality from SMBZ.
I like how the dynamic of the fight looks like two friends fighting against a bully.

Animation is amazing, the combat is just stunning. One thing I really love, and something some other animators do, is that multiple spin up sound effect. I just love it as you know its building up some crazy speed.

I love the more realistic aspect of the fights where Metal doesn't get a chance to complete attacks on one person because the other doesn't just stand in the sidelines watching him do it.

I think this was the first time I liked an "All spines pointing up" Super Sonic (I never liked how it looks on models) and fighting choreography was amazing, truly a great animation
Also bonus points for remembering Light Speed Attack Sonic
This shit was incredible, the animation, the fluidity, the choreography all of it. I feel like thr only thing it missed was a sense of force behind the attacks or when people were launched into the ground or into plateaus. In the sense that you could see the punches and the attacks but you couldn't feel them, it's kinda hard to explain, but otherwise this is one of the best animations I've ever seen, amazing work, can't imagine how long this took

Where'd you get those running sprites for sonic at 0:20 did you make it cause sang it looks cool and I would like to get it and start making my own sprite animations with sonic.
I found those sprites on a sheet called “sonic base for sprites” by skcollabs. You can find them quickly with a google search
