It’s quite interesting that everyone knows what they like about Libre but nobody can say what is so special about the crystal noir that they like it. That’s the mystery I love to create around myself ha ha.. You will love me but you won’t know why…

Crystal Noir is unique. It has a coco nut note done absolutely beautifully in a price range that it is affordable, compared to niche. It performs well in every aspect, and is truly sophisticated, meaning it is not supposed to be a banger, but a frag with real personality, not for everyone.
I love libre intense over the original. It’s interesting to see the male perspective on women’s perfumes. Great video.

I think another way to analyse the answers (if the reactions were stitched together in order) is that the Versace one probably smells better on the dry down compared to Libre? I noticed that the YSL one got a lead pretty early on but as we got more reactions (and as the perfumes had more time to dry down and mix with the person's skin chemistry) Crystal Noir started picking up more positive reactions from people.

Just found your channel and subscribed! I’ve always thought Crystal Noir reminded me of men’s (expensive) shaving cream so when I saw the first guy’s reaction that said that I was like yes! I’m not the only one! I own and enjoy both of these fragrances. Great video!❤

Libre woman here. I loooove this fragrance soooooo much! 💜🧡 Versace's Bright Crystal has been my go to summer fragrance though for years!
I own the YSL Libre.. the lavender and the vanilla mix is just GORGEOUS!! , my room spray is also vanilla and lavender combined 💜 😊 it's justttt I cannot!! ❤❤❤

Hello, lovely! I LOOOOVE Crystal Noir & don't own the YSL... but I'm rethinking the YSL - only the INTENSE! I gather from your vid, men seem to prefer something a bit more fresh & zesty as opposed to "vampy." Idk. I love that your husband did this & would love to see more of these. How about a comparison between LIGHT BLUE INTENSE & HYPNOSE or PRADA D'IRIS? Those are my 2023 spring & summer scents. Love from Palestine.

i'm really satisfied with this video as i'm getting this for my girlfriend as a valentines gift. she likes lavender. so i'm getting this for her
(i personally prefer something more sophisticated as well but she doesn't like it on herself)
I think it would be better if tested on woman's skin instead of a man, because I think it's different chemistry. But in a paper it's more neutral than on a body.. I would like you to test Mon Guerlain edp and MFK Oud satin mood edp or maybe Armani Si edp... It was very nice idea!! Thank you Monica!! Love it!! 😍

Libre was my passion for the first time. But I’ve found it being quite boring soon. Now Crystal Noir is my love. It’s more deep, more niche. The perfume of a witch🙊

Can not be compared I think. Totally different scents and quality. Gris Charnel is a masterpiece. Libre is mainstream, simple and nothing special to me.
@@CS-bi3hh maybe, if you’re asking people that are into fragrances but that’s not really the case here :) so I think it would be interesting to hear people’s opinion on the street of the two compared side by side

I got YSL Libre EDP, the projection is very poor, I am heart broken.
That was so interesting!! I find libre gets a lot of hate from women TH-camrs but I love it. They are both good to me.
I’d like to see gris charnel reactions because it’s so good to me but my spouse says it’s just ok. I’m not sure what it would go against.

I was rooting for Crystal Noir cause i’m not a fan of the Libre dna, i don’t get the hype at all it has a chemical cleaning supplies smell, even the intense doesn’t do it for me (although the drydown of libre intense is not bad!)
I don’t understand the hype ether, Libre reminds me of Poem by Lancôme and I cannot stand it.
They should have used the Crystal Noir eau de parfum instead of the eau de toilette.

I absolutely would never wear Crystal noir as I find it way too mature for me and doesn't maatch me as a person at all. But I have to say out of the two it's deffinately the more sophisticated complex smell that is just way more original . Libre is more in my realm but it smells like something I have smelled a hundred times before.
I think it should be tested in the scent strip because the skin chemestry of man i very diferent from women 🤪

To me, libre smells like a men’s fragrance with a play dough scent to it 😭
This is not accurate cause the paper doesn’t does any justice to Versace one. It’s one of the sexiest if a woman wears it. I prefer the parfum as well

Edp 😊 I have both, but EDP has more depth, and last longer.

I love female fragrances. I'm actually gonna buy them just to spray on my pillow and remind me of some of my exes/ flings

Your ph will change the smell... Women vs men skin is very different.
I do not like the libre. The lavender is done terrible in my opinion. It's like looking in the fun mirrors in the carnival back to back lavender in your face with a weird rounded scent that smells gross to me. Like peppery. Black pepper the kind you put on food. Lavender and black pepper. Yuck.
