Jimmy I loved you're appearances on the mvm show but man this was totally different. Seeing you talk with a fellow expert who knows what questions to ask and how to ask them was great.

WOW! So much information. Looking forward to the new chokes whenever they become available. Also looking forward to less cripples with Boss shells that are just waiting to be used that are currently waiting in the Ammo locker.

Finally, somebody is talking my language. Really nice to get into engineering specifics. Just got my new Muller choke tube. Can’t wait to pattern it.

I’d love to see you guys offer Jim’s preferred steel handload under the steel reserve line. (Edit) 1 3/8 oz of #6 steel going about 1200fps. He claims its the most effective steel load for mallard size ducks in the range steel is effective because of the pattern density. I’d love to try it for myself!

I’m commenting on this post while watching it, but I remember a friend of mine that was helping me to become a better Shooter on the Sporting Clays. He used to tell me, “ Try to miss in front of the Clay “ . BTW I’m an instinctive shooter, and when I started doing this I became A MUCH BETTER Shot. My buddy used to shot Competition Trap / Skeet Shooter when He was Stationed in California. I learned SO MUCH from him. Awesome Video Guys.

Recently purchased my Muller chokes. Devin was a huge help in my choice, and getting me on track with ammo as well. I was previously using factory chokes and steel shot. My patterns have increased dramatically through the use of Muller and Boss. I am excited to see what waterfowl season brings!

Awesome content. Learned a lot about chokes. It still baffles me that .01” change in diameter has such an effect on pattern.

I kind of feel like jimmy muller was talking to the Benelli sbe3 guys when he said “patterning high/left is a gun fit issuue not the guns fault & could also have something to do with the straightness of the choke tube throwing off your POI aswell”

Would be great to see a gun manufacturer join in too to try and get the ultimate combination. I would imagine great things could be achieved.

I bought a Mueller H2O passing choke couple years ago. I’m seriously wondering if the new line with boss is worth it or not. Is my Current one good enough?

Being a machinist myself, I completely understand why Mr. Muller is machining a choke the way that he does. Might be a bit overboard but hey, it's his product so he can tolerance it how he sees fit. Perfectionism and OCD is a very fine line in our profession. That being said, the notion that a screw machine, when properly set up, is incapable of holding concentricity, square, parallelism, etc. when transferring from the main to sub spindle, is ridiculous. I've run medical parts with a runout tolerance of 2 tenths on a 100% inspection plan. It'll hold that all damn day.

Rob Robert's T3 with 2s outta said gun is a buzz saw on late geese! I ran into the same issue with finding a choke for that particular 10 and Mueller didn't make one, Rob Robert's had an offering, and so did pattern master. I went with a RR and couldn't be happier. Check him out.

@CFurnace-72 Rob Robert's cut you one. No one wants to cater to the 10 anymore. Not when you sell 16 and 28 gauge shells at the same price point. Not hating, it just is what it is.

I would really like to hear a conversation about bismuth and tungsten. It seems to me that both are mined all over the world including the USA. Why are those metals 5X or 6X the cost of steel? I’ll just call the ducks into the decoys and shoot steel inside of 25 yards.

Have the privilege of speaking with jimmy and his wife at the delta waterfowl expo in baton rouge, la even bought a few things. BTW that's one comfortable shirt they sell. Was excited to talk to the boss people as well. However, the engagement was not there. Walked by the booth 3 times throughout the day. Not a single look in my direction, not a lick of eye contact, not a smile, nothing. Even stopped and grabbed a hat and tried to get someone's attention. Nothing. They were more worried about talking amongst each other and whatever girls were in the booth. Disappointing. I wasn't the only one who noticed either.

Why do we need to know all this crap…it seems like they are trying to one up each other while talking over the audience’s head.
