It took me 30 years to finally tell her how I felt about her and that I loved her. She's in heaven now so I must wait a little longer to join her once again

I was in college, walking to one of my classes and as I entered the common area where there were tvs everyone was gathered around the first plane had already hit. We all were standing there confused on what was happening then we all watched as the second one hit. My first thought went to my brother, he was a commercial pilot at the time. We couldn’t get ahold of him the entire day. We later were relieved when we found out that he even though he was in the air on the East coast at the time they rerouted him to Canada. The Canadians were amazing they embraced my brother, crew and passengers, opened their doors to them all. USA came together but so did our allies. Great song takes you right back. ❤
