Walking the ridge line is my favorite part of these hikes. It feels like walking on top of the world and reminds me that, with determination, focus and, one step at a time, (almost) any obstacle can be overcome.

beautiful video, I did this last week as my 2nd 4000 footer, we started at 2AM and it took us 9:30hrs, enjoyed every step on this hike, looking at your video brings back those memories and inspires me to do it again, this time in day light, thanks for the video

You always want to hike this loop up Falling Waters and down Bridle Path trails. That way you are looking at the beautiful waterfalls as you hike, and not walking away from them. Also its better to hike up slippery spots than down. Also the Bridle Path is a little milder descent-- better for old knees. Best hike in the East!

Yes - it is a decent size mountain with it's 1,160 meter elevation gain. It is a 3 hour drive to get there from where I live.
