Ravi Bhai Ji we all support you, the vibes in this video are so great, true and coming from ❤. We all 💕 Aman. The story of the bird and its baby is true. Your wife is also great. I enjoyed every moment of this vlog. मजा आ गया। HAPPY LOHRI 🎉
North india it is called as makara shankaranthi. in southindia especially tamil nadu it is called as pongal festival. pongal means cooking Rice from newly harvested Rice. first day white pongal, next day is sweet pongal. Actually it is four days festival. depending upon Saturday and Sunday we used to get minimum 5 to 9 days Holidays.
Lohri is celebrated with bonfire a night before makar sankranti, which is commonly called maghi in our part (earlier used to be celebrated in undivided Punjab ),it's basically end of harsh winters, the festival continues with melas for a week. bathing early mornings with dip in rivers n streams , making delicious foods with freshly harvested crops like sesame seeds n oil, sugarcane, pulses n the crops harvested a month ago like rice, making of saag, til laddus ,roh kheer( sugarcane n rice n dry fruits )on lohri night (mostly)to be consumed on maghi n on maghi khichdi of black lentils n rice with lots of ghee n adrak...even domestic animals like cow gets the bathing after long on maghi ..every family celebrates it in its own way...but one thing is common good food, music dance prayers n donations...
We have so many festival and I think that's why i never suffer from depression and all those things whenever I depressed next day Holi again depressed then diwali, navaratri, Christmas chhath Puja, Christmas, lohri,😂😂
Yogita, I`m not sure Ravi knows or not.. not all Indian people celebrate Lohri. A state in Southern India called Tamil Nadu celebrates Tamil new year [not lohri!]. All Tamil people in whole world [including Malaysian Tamils] celebrate Tamil New year which falls on 14 April, 2025. Btw there are 1 million Tamils in Malaysia [including me!] Anyhow your video was interesting.. keep it up
