- Make this wood marking gauge with a pencil attached inside. This gauge is easy to adjust and fine adjust just by rotating the pencil. When you are finished the pencil folds inside the gauge and the pencil point will be protected.

At the beginning of the video, it was funny how you purposely timed saying the words “these are all my....” for the word “all” to be in sync with showing the “awl”. Haha.

1. When you rotate are you sure it will be the same increments?
2. The block that slides on the edge could be longer but it will rotate
3. Pencils will always give inaccurate reading as the tip gets dull
That is a very usable marker
