Great video! What caliber is the first Blaser at 2:30? And what is the length of the barrel? And which silencer are you using? It is the exact combination I want for my R8😁 Thanks!
Thanks, I'm glad you like the video. The caliber is .308win. Barrel should be 57 cm, I do not own that rifle any more, but if I remember it correct is was a 57 cm barrel. The silencer is a Stalon model that is discontinued , but more or less the same as Stalon X108 that sells now. The new X108 is improved compared to the earlier model. Regards, Tobias
I have only the subtitles to work with but calling this "a solid hit" while hitting the abdomen is foolish. Mistakes can happen, but also its important to point mistakes out. Hitting a boar in the belly and wondering why its running that long is bad work for a huntsman.
Thanks for your comment. Is it app 13:04 you mean? English is not my native language so sometimes it can be hard to get it 100% right in the subtitles. What he meant is that we thought it was a solid hit after the shot, when we looked at the video in the camera. He did not mean that it turned out to be a solid hit. Do you understand my explaining?😅 Regards, Tobias
Thank you for showing How a hunt also can turn out , sometimes it doesn’t go as planned and that’s just life , I think you did everything right,
Thanks for your feed-back!
I wish you a nice day!

@@RedMooseHunting Okay, this makes sense. As I said, mistakes can happen, even to hunters that hunt for decades.
