I have also a simple creamy one, favourite of kids: Melt 1 spoon butter, add 1 spoon flour, mix, add 1 cup of cream and 1 Cup of sour cream, handful of chopped ham, parsley, Salt, pepper. Grated fresh Parmigiano optional. Enjoy with Pasta and Green Salad!

I spent three years in LA and Singapore, where I simply cannot exercise outdoor most of the time. I bought a yoga mat, ankle weights, Pilates ring, stability ball and resistance band to keep my indoor workout rich with variety, plus my favorite type- dance workout.
I just received your POISE book and 2 other French books which I refuse to lend out. So, they have a permanent home in my kitchen cabinet. With your routines and not eating much at night, I'm about 5 lbs lighter (which is a lot for my petite frame). Keep the great posts and hints coming.
A little late on TH-cam. My favorite workout is dancing to all my favorite Bollywood songs! Really a mood booster! Hope to get back into it soon I need to find more time 😅

Hello, yes to working out at home, thank you for featuring a few of your current routines. During 2020 I found Melissa Wood. It is a subscription, and her vibe is rather modern, but not so expensive and she is very centered in mindfulness as well as an excellent yoga/Pilates teacher. I’ve really noticed a benefit.

I love Pahla B’s workouts for women over 50 on TH-cam! 20-25 min. in length, with a mix of cardio workouts, strength workouts, & toning workouts. The focus is on moderate for our age & bodies, so that we can workout again the next day without having to take off 3 days to recover from hard core weight lifting. I am loving it, plus she imparts wisdom and food for thought during the workouts, and she’s funny! I also enjoy in person Yoga once a week. I walk there and back, so also get a little cardio, too!
I discovered a workout program called Movement With Julie and am now in my 6th month of it. I never thought I’d actually look forward to working out but here we are! ✨Strength training is not everyone’s jam but it is mine and she’s my favorite 😊

Jennifer, I am so interested in the Birch mattress you highlighted as I'm staying in a temporary rental to be closer to my parents in the Coachella Valley due to their medical situations. I love the fact that Birch has a 100-day sleep trial. How does this mattress compare with the mattress in your primary bedroom (where some of your videos are filmed) and what type is that one? I ask about both, because I've recently felt some lower back pain which resolves upon arising and moving. So, I'm looking for support, comfort and softness...similar to what one experiences at a nice hotel. lol. I'm hoping you see my question and can let me know about your two mattresses, as I need to do something right away. Thank you. (Memory foam, interactive coils, etc.)
