St Helena Wirebird - Tour.

ST HELENA WIREBIRD VIRTUAL TOUR.
Dennis Leo and Kyle Joshua of the St Helena National Trust team take us on a tour to see the only known endemic land bird of St Helena, a modest plover, locally known as the wirebird.
There are only 500 (approx) individuals in the world, which is why efforts to conserve this species are essential. Dennis talk us through the work of the team and how these birds are continually monitored in their natural habits.
