I love it! It's beautiful, but I have two concerns: I don't think it is typhoon resistant and with the roof being open on the sides, you will have a lot of insects coming in. But the design is just magnificent!
@@redfullmoon I had my own house in the Philippines before, but that was a cement house and totally closed, so we didn't have that problem. Also, mosquitos don't like places that are airconditioned.
Perhaps you can installed a drywall or clear glass backing. Alternatively, mirror the graphic design and insert a white or oil treated thick marine ply board in between - you have the graphics in and out.
I like the design, I need bigger than this for 4 extra rooms and terrace for extended kitchen and dining outside (an open concept) . Our family loves reunion and I like to entertain.
JSM Arch Studio - worth subscribing to your channel. Your designs are impressive. Please be the "Francisco Mañosa" or "Leandro Locsin" of the middle income Filipinos? We deserve someone like you who could give us classy designs based on our heritage yet . . . somehow (almost) affordable housing! Thanks for sharing!
Sana Po mas malaki un space for dining ,since Filipinos love to eat together..

Katol is your answer. That's basically an incense coil that's burned to keep insects out. You should live in Asia sometime and find out how we live.

The house should have screen windows to avoid insects, and prevent stagnant water from stacking up near the house, thus flowing drainage.
