How much is a single room at TMM lofts?
There are only single rooms at TMM and they differ in prices, the prices also fluctuate sometimes so I would say go to their website to check the current prices

NSFAS covers the basic rent and I personally pay a top up which NSFAS does not cover

If you mean as in like boys and girl live in the same res then yes. We do not live in the same units though….. so things like kitchen, shower, space etc. you only share with girls.

😂😭 I feel like whatever room or new space you get you do need to adjust to something. I had a sharing room the year before this and my part of the room was bigger than this single room that is why I was complaining but I also got used to it. Anything besides sharing sana 😭🖐️
