Doesn’t look like a genuine Land Rover part STC7631? I installed a couple of these on a 96 110 with no problems. The instructions from LR, all three pages are adequate.

@sheppdx Fitted. Found the holes, but they didn't line up with the step. So did a bit of drilling. Missus is very happy now 😁
