I’m gonna be honest, this helps me SO much when trying to sleep. I’ve been trying to get off medicine and had a hard time. But with this this really helps me, I just feel relaxed. But there is one problem for me, it’s just a little to short for my personal liking, I find myself having to replay it because I’m not asleep yet. I take a while to get asleep most of the time, but I’ve been coming back for the past couple of days. It’s just great!!!!!!! 💛
