Hiii simmers! This mansion is from Enes Yilmazer's TH-cam video. It has 9 suite bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. There are three levels.
On the first you have seating area, wine cellar, another seating area, theatre room, gym, sauna, spa bathroom, 2 guest suites with terrace, laundry room, another guest suite and 2 staff bedrooms or if you want it, they can be guest suites. On the lower patio you have two seatings with fire pit, bar.
On the second level you have two seating areas, primary living area, formal dining, bar area, kitchen, chef’s galley, breakfast nook, library area, smaller living area, guest suite with walk-in.closet, patio with infinity pool and hot tub, lounge area, dining area and an outdoor kitchen.
On the third level you have five car garage, entry area with spiral staircase and beautiful chandelier, 2 guest suites, primary bedroom suite with 2 walk-in-closets, 2 bathrooms and balcony with seating. Enjoy it and I hope you will like it. 😊

Do you just download the cc and put it in ur mods file like u do with all other cc u download or do u have to do something else? also, what is a tray and do we have to download that and put it in our mods file too?

Which app do you use to merge some cc files? I was trying to unmerge using sims 4 studio but cant bcs it said ,"the package that you have selected is either not a merged package or it was not merged with a version of studio that supports un-merging."
