I have used it to put policies and procedures and certain subjects into laymans terms, how to phrase things to deliver a message professionally and with empathy, and come up with an incentive program for employees to use self service tools. Chat GPT is AWESOME!!
What I didnt hear yall speak on is protecting privacy while ising ai Many ai programs store information for machine learning and this might be counterintuitive to our role
I do believe that people still need assurances and felt comfortable talking directly to the person in charge. the way a robot is approached is totally different even if it has more information.
There is no HR, just AI. I’m not sad about it, such a useless degree, no reason that should require 4 yrs of education just to sit in an office & be useless the entire day.
