بدأ مسيرته المهنية كمتدرّب عام ١٩٥٦، وهو العام الذي انطلقت فيه مهرجانات بعلبك الدولية. افتتح صالونه الخاص حيث كان بالفعل ملك العقدة. في عام ١٩٦٩، افتتح صالوناً في مدينة الكويت. في عام ١٩٧۲، كان مصفّف شعر المطربة صباح التي رافقها في معظم جولاتها. في عام ١٩٧٣،أصبح مصّفف الشعر الوحيد المخوّل تصفيف شعر المرأة في العائلة المالكة السعودية. في عام ١٩۸۲، افتتح أول صالون له في باريس، شارع فرانسوا الأول. في عام ١٩٩۲، افتتح صالونه في لندن وأصبح مصفّف الشعر المفضّل للأميرة مايكل كينت.

He began in 1956 when he started as an apprentice during the prestigious Baalbeck Festival's inaugural year. His exceptional talent led him to be employed at "Faubourg Saint Honoré," a salon opened by the renowned Alexandre de Paris in Beirut. By 1968, his expertise in creating elegant chignons and Marilyn Monroe's signature blonde hair had gained him international recognition, earning him a prominent feature in the pages of French Vogue. In 1969, he expanded his horizons and established a salon in Kuwait City, further solidifying his reputation as a top-tier hairstylist. The year 1972 brought an exciting opportunity as he became the personal hairdresser for the singer Sabah, accompanying her on her tours. In 1973, Naïm achieved an exceptional honor, being the only male hairdresser authorized to style the women of the Saudi royal family. In 1982, he realized a long-cherished dream by opening his first salon in the heart of Paris, located on rue François 1er. This move allowed him to showcase his exceptional skills in the fashion capital of the world. In 1992, he expanded his influence to London becoming the favored hairdresser of Princess Michael of Kent, a testament to his unrivaled artistry.
