For the comments about the lighting: Attractions 360 uses cameras that perform very well in low light, even better than what the eye can perceive. So it's likely the ride is darker and the ceiling isn't as noticeable
So it's Jungle Cruise meets Indiana Jones meets Pirates of the Caribbean. But the vehicle of choice for the ride was a bit odd considering you don't drop or even go at very fast speeds. Doesn't even look like you'd get much water on you. But looks like a fun experience if you're eating in the restaurant or waiting for a reservation. ;)
I think they wanted to have boats with higher capacity than just log flumes, but that could still do sharp turns in the water to keep the ride's footprint to as small as possible
Yea, the ride vehicle looks like it would be more used for river rides that get you wet like Kali River Rapids or the Popeye ride in Toon Lagoon at Islands of Adventure.
That kind of vehicle is pretty standard for "river rapids" type rides. They probably didn't want to sink a lot of money into a highly specialized vehicle that wouldn't add much to the experience.

There being one at the entrance of animal kingdom/Disney world (Florida) I always eat there at the end of my visit there anytime I was at animal kingdom

Good for them for keeping this opened I know the Company is not doing so hot right now but for them keeping this opened and in this condition makes me happy. I’ve ridden it and it has so much charm to it.
One good thing about the pandemic, not only did I not have to travel to Texas, but I also experienced the ride virtually and saved $7 all from the safe confines of my home. thanks for the content.

I love the ride but I was distracted by the background ambient moaning. Don't know if anyone else heard that but it triggered my flight or fight response. Sounded like someone writhing in pain during femur surgery and experiencing the after-effects of the most nightmare-inducing sleep paralysis. I've seen it 10 times now and can't get that sound out of my head, it's not only in my dreams but I swear during times of silence I can hear it, faded at first but slowly getting louder. overall, I would recommend this ride hmu if you hear what I do

I was just at Disney Springs last week and the Rainforest Cafe was still there! 2 hour wait lines, not to mention. Was cool to see the fire show outside though!

When I go to the Rainforest Cafe there is usually no ride. I don't live close to a Rainforest Cafe. The closest one is in SF Fisherman's Wharf. I love eating at there. But since the pandemic it's closed. Maybe if someone could take me I could ride the ride. Not you. LOL hahahahaha. :)

I think they updated that. When I went as a kid when it was still new I remember getting a little wet right there. People probably started complaining over the years

As an 'athmospheric jungle night leisure ride' , with it's 7 minutes, it's even 1 minute longer then the Nav'i river ... :-)
