I'm having problems uploading the next part of Let's Build The Worlds, and I am away for the weekend, so I scheduled this Design Me Devon to come out tonight instead. Hopefully, I can get the other video working once I get back!
We take on an ex-council house today! Renovating it from a small crowded 3 bedroom home into a 5 bedroom family home with a large entertaining/living area! I hope you like it, have a lovely weekend my dears!

This one weirded me out coz I thought he had already done it....then I realiesed the deja vu was coz I had downloaded and renovated it myself a while ago!LOL
Awesome original build and really lovely reno job.
I haven't played The Sims for months now - mostly because I don't have time -, but this renovation gave me the inspiration needed. Today I'll end my work early just to be able to do a renovation as well. Absolutely lovely build and decoration! Somehow, you managed to make it look fresh, new, but also lived in. It's a superpower you have...
All I think of with these houses is Harry Potter's aunt and uncle's house, lol 😂😂😂

Ahh having grown up in the East London outskirts this house was so perfectly in tune with the storyline! Absolutely love it, before and after!

Lot's of coincidences with this one for me. I also work in the NHS and live in an ex council house (in Manchester) Major kitchen/diner reno is planned this year as I also had a recent inheritance! I have garden, front, side and back but no garage and I'm very lucky to be surrounded by woodland, perfect for dog walking and litter picking !! My house is so compact ,cosy and easy to look after, I love it. I've already sim built my kitchen to get some ideas of how it could look.

Devon! I need your help! As a huge fan of your channel I was wondering if you could help me with my real life design. It's our self build family home ( currently residing in a static caravan on site and after what seems like decades the house is now built ) and I need to start thinking about kitchen layouts and I've a problem in the lounge with where to put the TV!! I have an architect's plan of the house and I dont know where to start with the actual layout and design and would love to see it in sim life! I'm a terrible sims builder but I know you can do it justice! Many thanks love the videos ✌😘
