I used to work in plastics an I vouch for polycarb being a good sturdy plastic. I can also tell you it dang near burns your hands coming out the mold but it dont break easy.
I like the way your trailer airlines are setup. Is that something you did yourself? Would Love to see additional photos or video of your setup. I pull a step deck also I want to do this to my truck & trailer.
If you're going to go with anything's I would go with the whole Fender right across both Wheels something that looks good with stainless I would not go through the garbage fenders they freeze and then they start to crack after a while and my concern they are garbage not worth the money

I know you run in a lot of bad winter weather, do you ever have to chain up or just run snow tires?
I have the socks. But there is enough room to chain up with these also
