The deeds count a lot, but Allah knows that believers are not perfect and that they will, for certain, commit sins, that is why Allah is the most merciful and the most beneficent, something you will find at the beginning of each chapter of the Qu'ran, except one. In fact, if a single Muslim has all the good deeds of human kind without a single sin, he will not enter paradise without the grace of God, which incidentally include Prophet Mohamed himself, pbuh, even though it is obvious he will be granted paradise. Also he forgave Adam for his sin, even though He knew he was going to commit this sin. This is the biggest difference with the concept of salvation in Xtianity. By forgiving Adam, the concept of the original sin had no reason to be, which is a perfectly logical thing to do, instead of sharing Adam's sin with human kind. Indeed babies are born pure in Islam and not burdened with the original sin. Who is the mother who carried her baby for 9 months will accept that her baby is borne with a sin? That is very hard to believe. They start to be responsible from the time they reach puberty, which is in ad equation with most modern laws. Can anybody in his right mind believe that someone who did not commit any sin, be accused of a sin he did not commi, without his or her knowledge? Would a just God do that? Not at all. Yet that is what XTIANITY preaches. Many would argue that it is a matter of faith just like many not understood principles, even in Islam, but no one will believe that God is unjust for it is one of the most sacred characteristic of God. God is Just. In Islam, everyone is responsible for his or her own deeds. Therefore there is no need to accept that we need to believe in the crucification of Jesus, pbuh for salvation of the original sin. Moreover, one of the most important concept in Islam, is to ask for forgiveness, through invocations, and Allah want you to do that,( it is in fact a very important part of Islamic religion) and will forgive you if you are sincere. Allah forgive all sins, except one; associating another deity with him. That is the supreme sin, as mentioned in the 10 commandments in the Torah(old testament) and by Jesus himself,pbuh, when he said numerously ( I am paraphrasing here): My God is your God the Father in Heaven, Jesus pbuh, never said I am God worship me, never, nor is the trinity ever mentioned in the bible at all. That is why people including yourself should read the Qur'an, should it be only for the sake of intellectual knowledge and growth. Many intellectual and religious Xtians read it and many of them converted while many of them remained Xtians but found great wisdom in it like David Will or Dr. Craig Considine who loves Prophet Mohammed pbuh, while a Xtian. Some of course remained hostile to it, as God Guides Whom He Will. I hope you will read this book. In fact it is the first word in the Qu'ran : "Read", or watch the seera of Prophet Mohammed, pbuh,depicting the life of the Prophet Mohammed pbuh in videos of Yasir Qadhi. They are excellent and intellectually prepared.

Can anybody in his right mind believe that someone who did not commit any sin, be accused of a sin he did not commi, without his or her knowledge? Would a just God do that? Not at all. Yet that is what XTIANITY preaches. Many would argue that it is a matter of faith just like many not understood principles, even in Islam, but no one will believe that God is unjust for it is one of the most sacred characteristic of God. God is Just. In Islam, everyone is responsible for his or her own deeds. Therefore there is no need to accept that we need to believe in the crucification of Jesus, pbuh for salvation of the original sin. Moreover, one of the most important concept in Islam, is to ask for forgiveness, through invocations, and Allah want you to do that,( it is in fact a very important part of Islamic religion) and will forgive you if you are sincere. Allah forgive all sins, except one; associating another deity with him. That is the supreme sin, as mentioned in the 10 commandments in the Torah(old testament) and by Jesus himself,pbuh, when he said numerously ( I am paraphrasing here): My God is your God the Father in Heaven, Jesus pbuh, never said I am God worship me, never, nor is the trinity ever mentioned in the bible at all. That is why people including yourself should read the Qur'an, should it be only for the sake of intellectual knowledge and growth. Many intellectual and religious Xtians read it and many of them converted while many of them remained Xtians but found great wisdom in it like David Will or Dr. Craig Considine who loves Prophet Mohammed pbuh, while a Xtian. Some of course remained hostile to it, as God Guides Whom He Will. I hope you will read this book. In fact it is the first word in the Qu'ran : "Read", or watch the seera of Prophet Mohammed, pbuh,depicting the life of the Prophet Mohammed pbuh in videos of Yasir Qadhi. They are excellent and intellectually prepared.
