Yes I've got it 20 years ago I can't live without it my mum got me 1 frm Pakistan exact same because evrytime I use to make her do the ata wen she come to see me every time so she said now don't ask me easy do it yrself bless love it

I literally had the same machine for 20 years which busted on me a few months ago :( I'm making dough by hand now, still haven't got the quantities correct so it's hit & miss on the consistency :/
We put a little gram flour and mix it with yogurt and pour it in pan, cook it and can add pakoras or eat it separately. Yours looked delicious though, Adeena!
Totally different recipe to ours but delicious either way... the reason you have to keep stirring it is if you don’t then the yogurt and water will separate

We prepare before ramzan then in the month we can pray its nice to share recipes and freeze them

We call it pakora kadhi, I love it with boiled rice, it's true comfort food, perfect for when it's really cold
