Question regarding the Spanish-Mexico localization tip: If we moved one of our subtitle terms (for example, "App") out of our US appstore subtitle and into our Spanish-Mexico localization subtitle, do you think we would be sacrificing any ranking for terms that have "App" in them? I imagine it'd likely be hard to tease apart given that the subtitle is so much in the shopper's view, thus probably also affecting rank...BUT, disregarding that element, do you think Apple's algorithms for assessing terms in the subtitle in US vs in Mexico localization are equal?
@app masters The "clever" way you mention for collecting reviews is no longer compliant with the guidelines of the apple app store/google play. You can no longer use the two-step method and funnel the users who don't like the app/experience to a contact form. The term is called "Review Gating", so please look it and do not recommend it to others as they may get their apps suspended. Cheers
Yes I'm aware of this, but people are still able to do this. I would say that the best way is to catch people at the "right moment" to ask for a review.

David, I don't have enough data to say one way or the other, but I've always prioritized the US localization.
