Kagiso residents: provision of basic services has regressed

The residents of Kagiso township on the West Rand say there has been a
regression in the provision of basic services by the Mogale City Local
Municipality.
As a result, they say they look forward to engaging their mayor in
person early next week, to get an understanding of the council's
development plan for the township.
