It can still 3 shot without otm but it increases damage multipliers which makes it easier to achieve 3 shot kills

I contact grenade dogs all the time , but I'm an aggressive sniper, so it's either a contact or 1 shot to take a dog down. Thou for a while when Ghost n Riley first dropped, I noticed *those* dogs only took hitmarkers from contact, which blew my mind, but I think that has been corrected by now.
