- A Pro's Top 5 Balloon Animals to Make at Parties & Events - Making Balloon Animals for Money // In this video I present my top five balloon animals that I have made at professional gigs: parties and events. If you'd like to make money making balloons at gigs and events, these five balloon sculptures will serve you well.
These five balloon animals are the result of my early years making balloons at events and are those that have risen to the top. These are the most popular balloons that you can make for kids at events. I have been making the "dog on leash" for over 25 years.
I’ve never seen it published anywhere. It’s something I just came up with at a gig. Was it your idea? Or did someone teach you? Only problem is when kids “walk” their dogs and bounce them on the grass and they pop. Thanks for writing and best regards.

What to charge, flat fee, work for tips, pay as you make? Also, what is the average charge for each balloon if you sell as you make the balloons? Any advice will help...Thanks again...

I can tell you that it's a great side hustle. In the beginning years when I was starting out as a magician, nearly 20 years ago, I probably booked as many balloon gigs as I did magic shows. The way that you carry and present the balloons will depend on the event-whether you're walking around or at a station. I'll try and delve into details in a future set of videos. The best thing that I can suggest is that when events are happening again, check out the people who are making balloons and find out what they are doing as well as what they charge.
