Sir agar Standard Rent given hoga, fair rent aur municipal value diya hoga aur actual rent receivable k jaga sirf "rent" mention kiya hoga pm toh usko 12months se multiply kr k actual rent le skte hai ya nhi
sir apne 3rd case ke 2nd part mein GAV-MT kiya which was 1L-9k. we should get 91k nt 81k. Besides that all your lectures are great nd they are saving us from getting failed.😂😂
Agar aap bina vacancy k dekhe to bhi AR is less than ER AR (for full year is 96000)< ER Also AR ( if their is vacancy is 88000)< ER Suppose if AR had been 105000 for full year and due vacancy its 95000 Then we'll take AR as GAV
