Robin Hood Raceway (RHR) ME-OR Regional Round Three - B final 2wd

Mid-east regional series ventured to Robin Hood Raceway for round 3 of the 2024 series.
First time running the Team Associated B7 and right from the off it was feeling good. I tried the new Schumacher Splitter front tyres and those gave me great front end. Really solid and inspiring to drive. I did have more steering than before so had to drive slightly differently, but soon got the hang of it.
Many of the earlier heats benefitted from the Round 2 rain assist while I kept getting tangled up in other racers' crashes. Round 3 was golden bringing it home 10th overall, really showing what the car was capable of.
I backed it up with a 16th in round 4 placing me 8th on the grid in B final. Looking at the times I was quietly confident I was the quickest on the grid.
Final started well making up places from the off and quickly joining the lead cars. From then on I managed to pickup places bringing it home with a comfortable lead.
