Got a question.Just was brought to my home,this welger. At 0:37 there are those 2 spinning cylindrical shaped metals. On one that spinning cylindrical metal there is string wrapped around that goes to the left side and on the other one who is bit further to right side there is none. So my question is,does it change anything if i wrap the string under the second one aswell or it is forbidden? If it is forbidden,than what is the purpose of that second spinning cylinder shaped metal?
