I actually managed to woohoo Greg as a vampire and it actually wasn't too difficult. He seems to be one of those enemies to lovers type of guys.
Enemies to lovers slow burn but it leaves you charred at the end
First time I saw Greg was when I had my sims sneak out at 1am to swim in the lake. And i see this red glow and then I look over and it’s Greg just staring at them behind a bush 😭

Kayla, when you do the let's play there's his diary when you search around on the ground. There's lots of Lore of him for what happened to his past and why he's still wearing his wedding ring. Just to give you a heads up, it's emotional reading it.

one of my favorite things about the sims community is they release greg, this scary rampaging werewolf guy, and the first thing everyone tries to do is woohoo

I would love if there was a 1 in 10 000 chance that woohooing with Greg or Vlad could result in you becoming a vampire . and you would often get a " oops" moodlet from being bitten "accidentally" and that moodlet COULD result in tranformation

Fun fact: when you ask Greg about the lore of moonwood mill he says ‘I put those signs up for a reason. You would think sims would read them.’ or something along those lines. Also Greg is my current sims best friend, and his only friend for that matter! =) (I am proud of him for making a friend with another werewolf who was recently turned! Also I am using my dads account)
Ok theory I have a theory. Greg is actually that lunvik guy the one who’s journal you can find to find out like werewolf secrets.and I think this because it talks a ton about his wife and how he feels guilty for not being with her while on his rampages and Greg wears absolutely nothing is all savage werewolf except for a golden wedding band on his left hand ring finger
glad to say your Theory is literally Canon.
He is a Lunvik. There’s a good bit of info on his relationship with his wife and his family in the build catalog.
For instance, the rugs were made by Greg’s mother, and there’s a torn version of it from when Greg would scratch it as a toddler.

It’s canon, actually. His name is Greggorious Lundvik and was married to Avelina Lundvik. Plumbella made a great video about it.

My sim got gregnant and had a little boy. I brought the toddler to him and he was nice to the kid. Greg has a heart, guys.

Lore-wise Greg's "Fated mate" died to a Cowplant during the Vampire-Werewolf-Cowcaster war (Mooncasters were the first werewolves [changed from spellcasters to werewolves by absorbing their wolf familiars], Cowcasters are just the first spellcasters that tamed cowplants).
In his diary it says that he thought of drinking the werewolf cure, but it would make his connection with his fated mate severed. On one of the items from the new collection (it's an upper half of a cownplant skull) written in the moon language (the one werewolves can read via lunar epiphany) is a sentence "I'll avenge you" (or something like that, I play in Polish), with the description of the sentence being that it looks like someone wrote it with a claw, and that it smells of Greg.
On top of that, in the history of Moonwood Mill (or at the very least I remember it being that book, I'm not sure anymore) the name "Aveline" (or something like that, again I play in Polish) is the only person mentioned to be killed by a cowplant.
As I’m watching this, I’m having my sim Avelina (his canonical wife) try to woo Greg and it’s going horribly.
Edit: 10:33 if you collect all of the little werewolf figurines and decider the engravings, they give you background info on the original mooncasters/ settlers of Moonwood mill, with Greg and Alvelina being two of them and it said they were married, so I think that’s what the wedding ring is for 🙃
Edit 2: update: just had my first kiss with Greg it went well 😁😁
I like the Vlad story though so that’s my headcanon 😆

Greg's ring is because he mentioned his wife in his diary that you can dig up as a werewolf.also Greg's diary is called the "diary of Greggorvius Lunvik"and his wife is called Aveline and I think she was a spellcaster who I think also turned like Greg

they where both part of the original spellcasters/ Mooncasters. the Mooncasters then all turned into werewolfs. theres alot of Lore in this pack i'm sure there are sources explaining the entire Story somewhere if you wanna read all of it.
i think they both were, and i think something went wrong with a spell and thats why hes a werewolf..? i think my sim read that in his diary.
I'm pretty sure they were both werewolves as the diary definitely mentions that they're Fated Mates, which I'm pretty sure is only possible in a pairing of 2 werewolves.

I’m ngl I absolutely adore Greg I love him, when my sim was pregnant he was really sweet with her and felt her belly and they had like 5% friendship but then she went back after giving birth and he beat her ass lmao but thankfully my game crashed so they’re still friendly

In the newest video from Dr Gluon, he’s goes through the descriptions for the new items, and one of them mentions Greg’s wife, I forget her name but it’s in there… they were spellcasters before becoming werewolves… So that explains the wedding ring… I’ve not ever seen anything about Greg and Vlad being romantic 🤨

This is a dream come true, well for me. I love Stanley the Weenie so much. That I actually made him in cas and placed him in my world. I even tried to do what Kayla did, but at the beginning was a little bite of a mess. But eventually I got Stanley and Greg boyfriends. And even got them married, and I think they should have kids. Theory: Human Greg hates his werewolf form, but the heartbreak of Vlad leaving him made him become stuck in the werewolf form where he is living that rage continuously. This is why he hates occult sims so much, because his human form still has that power over him. Maybe Greg would be a decent guy if he could switch to his human form. Maybe there is a way to save Greg from the past trauma that he's living in and help him be human again

you can find greg's diary by digging up treasures , in there you find his story how he became greg the wolf, every time you read his book again you find more info like he used to be a magic sim and was happily married and he became a werewolf and couldn't control himself and he wanted to be there for his wife so he wanted to discover a drink or find something to be himself again but his wife died and his fury has taken over and can't change back.

I got my sim to get with Greg! I made her very brave, optimistic, sweet, and curious and I guess she reminded him of Avelina deep down? They hung out, she brought him food, asked about moonwood mill, just generally befriended him and sought out all knowledge of werewolves and moonwood mill and it worked!
They’re also lovers and she asked him to turn her so that she could shoulder the burden with him and experience life with him!
