Not enough wholesome, loving, real family’s like yours left in this world! Absolutely adore you guys! Y’all live a lifestyle so many of us can only dream of and are truly blessed! Thanks for allowing us to be a part of it. These family videos are always my favorite! Cheers to many more adventures together 🍻
Victor Master Filleter ...explains everything still laugh about the $20 Brook found snorkling day after a regatta at Boca Inlet.. I too know Paper Money Sinks and sticks...I up a 100+ if you add it up
What wonderful and wholesome content. You're also a wonderful daughter for deciding to go back without any hesitation after your mum was stung. You one more new subscriber :) Love to the family.
Great video guys!!!!! Can't wait to see the next one comes out!!!! Gotta love when the whole crew comes together when big Papa speaks. We all know who's epic family crew you have all grown into together. I always love when a new video drops!!!
That was epic from start to finish. Even moms held her own with bringing in big batches of shrimp. We can only imagine bringing in fresh live shrimp, cleaning them, and then into the pan. As always, I value hearing the opinions of your family, they're so genuine it makes me wanna give them a fist bump Lol Great guys Great Family! Thanks Brook!👍🏽
It is such a joy to see all aspects of your Shrimp Catches! First off, 40-50 years ago Biscayne Bay was a haven for dip nutters until the Net Draggers came and now most of their nedting grasses have died. Hillsborough Inlet is a fantastic Blast of the Past! Thank you for sharing this.
I'm surprised no one used any profanities when calling out the rest of "the crew" for not going and having a full 5gl bucket. You ppl are too nice and what a great video...one of my favorites so far!!! Btw, Mom's a trooper 💃
I remember catching (netting) shrimp from the Sailfish Marina and Buccaneer Yacht Club docks on Singer Island in the early 1960's when I was young. Glad I grew up on Singer Island; close to the ocean & intracoastal waterway !! Great memories !! Enjoy watching you, Vic, and your fishing/cooking videos, especially when your with your parent's !! My wife and I would someday love to try your dad's lobster ceviche recipe. Just need to get lobster that we know are very fresh !! Keep up these great video's you are making !!
I always loved going over to the coast and fishing, shrimping, crabbing. Alone and/or with family. Nothing like good wholesome family time and tasty delicious nutritious food.
definitely would enjoy another shrimping video. it looks so fun.. I really need to move down south to enjoy stuff like this all the time.... yup... i'm jealous!!!!!!
😂😂😂 Brook I was just getting ready to ask if you keep the heads to make stock😁👍. I always use the Shrimp heads and shells for stock for my shrimp stews and gumbos. I always put the celery, onion, lemon, garlic, and just a little liquid crab boil to give my stock a nice flavor and a little kick especially for my gumbo😁👍
My mom's name is Deb, too. I think your M adds a very strong, genuine layer to your videos. She wants to be there because you're there. Reminds me of deer hunting, fishing and cooking with my M. I like M for mother after watching the 007 movies. Agent M is a hero.
I just have to say, I recently subscribed, I’ve watched several of your videos and I am so fascinated by seafood. From catching to cooking, and just all of it. I’ve never had any seafood before because as younger child, I was told I had shellfish allergies. And so I’ve always been scared to try. But when I was pregnant I CRAVED lobster. And watching your channel only makes it even stronger to try. I also can’t wait to make your bang bang shrimp tacos for my husband. Love your channel! I’m in Alabama and all the times we come to FL I’ve never seen sea life like you have there!
I grew up on the water...far away from it now and miss it every second. Glad you all enjoy and cherish what I do as well. Your Mom reminds me of my "adopted'' Mom. :) Shrimp count guess...420
🌸 Watching you guys effortlessly catch them is amazing, makes me want to do the same, thank you for recipes at the end Many yrs ago when I was a girl, I got to holiday where my mom was born in Trinidad While staying at beach houses, you can literally purchase freshly caught seafood from the local fishermen that live around the coast. The size of Caribbean prawns are much larger & so sweet, you can also get lobster etc I really miss eating freshly caught produce, it just taste so much better and full of nutrients I also miss the delicious crabs and fish caught there. I live in UK, they have lovely fish but I prefer catches from warmer environments lol
Brooke, I love your videos. I can't wait to see round 2. And by the way it's your dad's crew. But you are my favorite producer. Iove your content. Thanks for letting us enjoying your family too.
Danggg plenty of shrimp for dinner, for live bait and frozen! I need to get into this!! Lol I would’ve peeled them though. Recipe looks amazing!! Should be delicious on a bed of white rice and a little sprinkle of Tajin! Can’t wait for part 2!
Awesome video!!! We cast net them around here during the run!! I love to shrimp and love to eat them...the cleaning sucks, but not so bad when you have a crew and a couple beers!! I love your parents! Your dad seems so cool and your mom is so sweet!
Wow ..that is so awesome ! I've seen your lobster catch n cook .. we have Atlantic Lobster here on Prince Edward Island, Canada and it is my favorite food ! My grandfather took us clamming , soft shelled , also razor clams mussels quahaugs oysters and after the trout and waterfowl.. Brings back fond memories of my 5 brothers and I hunting and fishing .Thanks for the nice recipes and more for your family atmosphere that brought me back in time.
I spent about three hours watching your shows. They were amazing. Never knew how they caught scallops lobster or shrimp. Of course Maine shrimp are different from Florida shrimp but you folks do an amazing job as a family on your excursions of this great sport and God bless you as you continue to do this. Love how you do the recipes clean up after yourself show how you clean the seafood and so on would like to know how you can stay underwater for long period time with just a snorkel that would be interesting to know. Thank you again so much for all of your expertise and great information!!!!
I meant to say Maine lobster are different from Florida lobster. As you know, Maine lobster have claws! Maine lobster are also dark brown or black. And of course after you boil them for 10 minutes at least they shall turns very red and that means they’re cooked and ready to eat. They are delicious again thank you for you again for all of your delicious looking recipes!!!
Thanks for this lovely video. It brought back the many memories of growing up and fishing with my dad and brother. We fished both coasts (FL, CA,) in both freshwater and saltwater. I didn't realize until the end of the video that I had a huge smile on my face the entire time watching you all. I had to subscribe when I realized just how much fun I had watching this video and I'm hoping your other videos bring out the same memories and response's I had with this video. As a Chef it was good to hear that you save the shrimp shells and make a stock out of them, as it's my secret to amazing shrimp sauces, just don't tell anyone! LOL... Here's to calm seas and tight lines!! ;)
Where Iam from we have those all the time here. The secret to relief when being stung is urinating on the infected area. For some reason it works no joke. I know it sounds stupid but it works
Still a huge fan Brooke! Your family is so wholesome and pure Americana. God bless you. And make sure those men know how good they have it with ladies like yourselves catchin, cookin and cleaning lol
Your mother seriously has the *kindest* voice and demeanor... and you can tell how much she truly enjoys your company & spending time with you through your videos!😍🥰 So sweet. I'm sure you already know this, but you are def. blessed to have such a loving relationship with your parents❤️ (Not forgetting your father, lol!) I really wish I had that type of relationship with my mother. I'll just live vicariously through you, to make up for it😅 Anyways, love your videos, Brooke. It makes me miss living on the west coast of FL! Like I said... vicariously living through you!😂 Much love, from CT🙃
Awesome shrimp video! They don’t get on the surface like that in big numbers on the Northern Gulf Coast. We have to sling a cast net during our fall shrimp run.
We call them Blue Bottles here in Australia. My grandparents always brought vinegar with us in case of getting stung. Almost instant relief! An old wives tale here is to pee on the sting😂
Now you did it ,! My mouth is watering for shrimp, now I have to go all the way to wal Mart thanks a lot young lady. Great video we don't have to many fresh shrimp in montana. Thank you Frank from montana....
Awesome catch Brooke, thank you for sharing and taking us along on your shrimp adventure with your mom and your husband . That is good news that your mom is doing ok after she got stung. Have a beautiful Monday. Aloha from Hawaii
I enjoyed your video shrimping with your family. I live in Tampa, Fl; what part of Florida and what time of the year do you shrimp? I am interested in shrimp fishing with my daughter. Thank you for the video; I am looking forward to more videos.
Unlike some other times that I've seen your family Shirmping it seems you all are the only boats out there this time...good call...it also is great to see your Mom so actively involved, except for the Portuguese Man o War
Great video guys! I’ve dipped shrimp during runs at Sebastian. I’ve never seen anything like that. Glad your mom is ok! Awesome CC&C! Stay safe out there.
Viktor has the best technique because he tends to keep the net in the water longer than Brook and then getting them to move the end of the net so that they don't come back out.
Wow! Such a great family! Im like your dad. I live on long Island and get lots of clams and eat all the fish I catch. My wife grows all the veggies. Living off the land and see is great!
Great catch! Cooking tip.....add garlic before if you are using liquid immediately as the second ingredient or near the end of cooking. A bed of steamed white rice would have gone great with those shrimp. Mom seemed tough as nails. Glad everything went well. Stay safe. Semper Fi
Happy to see you decided to all go together. Now stop and buy the second shift a case of beer and five gallon bucket. Pick up the shoppers at the inlet when The first bucket is full. MAKE A NIGHT OF SHRIMPING..🎉😂❤

Love seeing family like this
What wonderful and wholesome content. You're also a wonderful daughter for deciding to go back without any hesitation after your mum was stung. You one more new subscriber :) Love to the family.
For shrimp invest in a wok - well worth it since the deep sides keeps in all inside no matter the size of the shrimp.
Great video guys!!!!! Can't wait to see the next one comes out!!!! Gotta love when the whole crew comes together when big Papa speaks. We all know who's epic family crew you have all grown into together. I always love when a new video drops!!!
I love how your mom looks at you, full of love
You and your family put a huge smile on my face this morning!!!!GREAT JOB AND GREAT FAMILY!

Looks like so much fun. Florida is a special place for fishing for anything.
The folks who didn't want to come..."what's for dinner"..."peanut butter & jelly"!
Such amazing video. I love how your family loves one another cannot wait for the next shrimping video. So awesome.
This might be my favorite one so far! Your mom is a sweetie!
Love how thoughtful you are towards your mom. Heartwarming. Fishing and cooking were enviable. Stay safe!
Your Mom is a soldier!!! Awesome job! Alway carry a spray bottle of distilled vinegar that will help a lot with the man-war sting😊
Your mom is a strong women. If it was me, I would have been cursing, jumping up and down over reacting LOL. I like all your videos. Keep them coming.
Popping heads is easy when the shrimp are fresh-caught because the meat is stable and the poop vein comes out clean.
Dragging a net behind a moving boat is called trawling. That's exactly how shrimp boats work.
All them boys...with yummy shrimp recipes....need more boats = more buckets. Awesome family time & great food. Enjoy guys you deserve it. 👍
Your videos are so freaking wholesome and entertaining, love watching you and your family cook and enjoy meals together.
I'm surprised no one used any profanities when calling out the rest of "the crew" for not going and having a full 5gl bucket. You ppl are too nice and what a great video...one of my favorites so far!!! Btw, Mom's a trooper 💃
Here’s a little tip for you freeze them in salted water and they keep fresh as they were the day you caught them

16:14 the legally blonde reference tho and it’s coming from the guy. Priceless.
They all said no but the first at the table smh
