I was wonder about something i have an xc hardtail but it isn’t ideal for the stuff I ride and there are rock rolls I wanted to try but my seat is too high when it is slammed as far down as it goes, so should I buy a new seat post or cut it down but right now I won’t be riding for a while because I have three fractures on my tibia but what should I do
Tristan McFee hey if you can get a decent affordable dropper post that goes all the way down but if you can get the post high enough with it being a little shorter, go ahead

Worked as a lifty at Pano for summer 2018 & 19, absolutely awesome place to ride. She takes no prisoners though, it's gnarly for sure.

I had the same thing, I cut mine down until it could go as far down, just make sure to measure twice and cut once.
When it looks steep on camera, you know it was very steep!
