this is what i needed before i made my roast beef earlier today. very informative thank you i will do much better next time. Its a shame how most cooking videos just assume people know what theyre doing and not entering into doing these things for the first time. thanks for taking the time to explain to this newb what im supposed to be doing
I'm going to use a in oven thermometer with alarm for the first time in my turkey this year. I will try taking the turkey out when it's around 10 degrees short of cooking temp goal and let it rest. Thank you!
Are you referring to the music within certain videos or a featured video that autoplays? I just took over page management and hope to follow up. One I can do something about...
1) Doesn't water boil at 212F? 2) Forget that Thermopro leave-in thermometer. It's junk. I just returned one and then read scores of similar bad reviews w/same issue. Defective.
That little trick with the finger placement is super helpful. Thank you!
So when I put my thermometer in it just keeps going up in degrees slowly do u get the result right away or do u wait until the number stops rising
An excellent presentation

Does the thermometer need to be inserted all the way down into the meat or having it halfway is fine?
Hello Rachael,
The thermometer needs to be inserted to the thickest part of the meat, away from the bone. Hope that helps! :)
Its suppose to be in the thickest part of the meat, the part that is more likely to be cold.
The music is distracting and boring. You have a good delivery. Kick the music to the curb

More like a music video than a demo.
Not everyone is a fan of the music, I do not plan to use a background track in the future.
Hate the music just don’t need it!
