One has to love Benetti, the classic 'Gentlemans Yacht' lines are timeless. A perfect example of a live-onboard yacht. It is just amasing to see how must natural light floods the interior, especially in the owner's stateroom.
If you ever worked on a Benetti, you don't love it. They have a reputation in the industry along with parent company Azimut. They look beautiful but just like a Hollywood starlet, once you get past the looks, it's all a mess. If you ever buy a Benetti, buy used that has been a former charter boat or used a lot by the owner. That way, all the bugs were exposed and fixed.
Incredible yacht, a real beauty... it is one of the most beautifull for sale in this price range. the refit must have costed a fortune and is perfectly done ...perfect example of how it can and should be done... from Spain
First in. Keep it up. Given the name there is lots to play there. Given the volume, the central staircase works wonderfully. The owner's cabin is ideal. Please do not rush the transitions too much as we lose relative location. We want to understand the layout. Obviously the fit and finish is Northrop and Johnson quality. Don't let Nick tell you he might do better with the "whole lot". And the galley is awesome. Better than most.
Nah Darth you inow full and well that David worked at CRN translating owner's manuals into English. So surely that qualified him to build a yacht. As I go back a d watch older videos, it becomes real apparent who knows about yachting and even if they are entirely educated via TH-cam, they get it. Versus the people that are either relatively new to it, or just have no idea at all what they are talking about. I saw a guy write that a Benetti 145 carried a crew of 12, which I guess could be possible but one of those crew was a provisioner. Despite me telling him that wasn't how that worked, he argued with me that he verified it on the ship's web page.
Almost thought you were going to say Tristan Mortlock. Thank goodness you didn't, I had a mouthful of southern iced tea and I would have spit it out all over my tablet for so many reasons. The yacht looks gorgeous. It's a Benetti though and they have Benetti things. That name is awesome. I love that movie. I had dinner aboard the real African Queen about 10 years ago in Key Largo. I think she is still there. Food was ok, but the boat for a Film buff is awesome. This boat I don't imagine will be destroying German gunboats either.
Pity we didn't get to see the engine room. That's one of my favorite parts. Also, I would think if you were going to spend all that money on a boat and hire the best Captain you can I would have a Captain's quarters up near the helm. I would make that a priority frankly.... I think it would be a bonus for a prospective Captain as well.
The upper deck is sadly lacking, so I like to think this adds character to the main deck. As for the lower deck…best not to even talk about it on TH-cam 😂
@ 3:44 it looks like a ceiling panel fastener is loose and hanging down a bit. I'm surprised that wasn't noticed and fixed, regardless, it's a great looking yacht.
Love your videos, really do . One thing i would prefer though is if we could "transition" from one room/space to another with you while you'are walking into a new room rather than having a "stop and go" in the video where the filming pauses and relapses from a new room / space .
I must admit the stairs leading down to the guest areas is very tight . The storage closet is right there I would prefer much more space there . The bedrooms are very nice
3:28 I see the Rum Bottle Zacapa XO there, I will get along with this owner. that is one of the best rum I have ever tested, and yes I have tested a lot.
Quite the beauty. I'll try to save up for one. BTW, Miele is German, not French, so it's pronounced "meel-uh" (similar to Porsche), not "meel-ey". 12:18 the symbol for knots is kn, not "KTS" (kelvin-terasiemens) or "kts" (kilotonne-seconds). 12:45 the symbol for nautical miles is nmi, not "NM" (newton-molar). 12:56 the symbol for hour is h, not "H" (henry). 13:02 the word is spelled _litres,_ not "liters" (which is a brand-name respelling of "lighters").
Hi David am just a thought why have you changed the way you do your videos cuz to me it is back to front and all over the place didn't know weather I was coming or going .
Where was the tender and engine room? Were you too well wined and dined at lunch, you were sitting down for 50% of the vid, Nick would have given a full walkthrough!
I love the builder, the technical aspects of the yacht, but I must say I am not a fan of the interior. I am not a fan of all that oak they used throughout - especially in the master.
I'm with you - others like it. Could it be a trick of the camera? If you look at the N&J listing the woods look much lighter, almost like a silver/white oak.

Thank God! Thank God!!! Not in all white , beautiful wood grains and classic features , LOVE IT!!!

Classic in every sense of the word. Looks like a home from home. Good job David
That couch at 3:25 looks like the perfect spot to look at urethra art.
How beautiful a job is, when the passion is seen in a video. Thank you David and the Team.👍👍👍
I love Benetti!!! The decks are awesome!! I love the name 😉💛💜
Beautiful lines... my favorite tri deck yacht ...
Really enjoyed the looks of this vessel, nice quality.
I was just thinking that would be a great place to watch the F1 then the words came out of your mouth! Have a great day!
Excellent, these truly are high quality “Classics”. Another well done video.
Hi David. It's perfick. Subtle tones, tons of space, well appointed ensuite cabins. Great walkthrough tour thanks 😊
Great value for an attractive Benetti. I like the range and consumption. I would have liked to see the garage.
That’s a beautiful young way out of my price range because I’m disabled and old and poor but I love watching your videos
Very nice. I like the wood in the main salon

I think Benetti should get credit for the fit & finish, given they fitted & finished this boat. :-)

I love your enthusiasm for what is a superb yacht. The quality is beyond reproach and I only wish my bank account stretched that far!
That's a nice price for such a beautiful yacht. I hope that person inquiring purchases her quickly and that everyone is happier for it.
I would love watching the Bahrain F1 Grand Prix on this beautiful vessel. Go Mercedes!
8:07 with opening all that storage up you gave me Nautistyle vibes David😂
I was waiting for him to say something about them or even Nick. That would have been great.
Hard to find fault in this gorgeous yacht!

Try AWOL Sanlorenzo 120
MEELAAH! Rhymes with Sheila. Was my suffering all for nothing..!? 😄
MEELAY! Rhymes with Relay 😁

Liking the designer stubble, just gives a little character to the upper deck.
The upper deck is sadly lacking, so I like to think this adds character to the main deck.

Nice well laid out yacht.

Beautiful light color wood.

Nice Youtuby transition😂👌
You should get F1 endorsement :) Any pop-up TV on a super yacht should be used to watch Formula One :) Love the videos on this channel.
3:28 I see the Rum Bottle Zacapa XO there, I will get along with this owner. that is one of the best rum I have ever tested, and yes I have tested a lot.
Great new format, perhaps a little more detail, but otherwise fantastic!!!
My favorite yacht design… a tri deck..
Great boat- lines are classic
It’s mine
Let’s schedule a purchase
Outstanding I love if ..I have to wish unfortunately
Quite the beauty. I'll try to save up for one.

I do love that limed oak but I still can’t better the interior or Benetti “Checkmate”
Lekker man lekker 🇿🇦
Owners cabin is very nice as well
Hi David am just a thought why have you changed the way you do your videos cuz to me it is back to front and all over the place didn't know weather I was coming or going .
Beautiful yacht I would rather watch the NHL Playoffs but that's me.. lol
Whats range?
What is the price of the yacht
Very classic
Oak. Nice.

I don't have the money but for $6.8M euro it feels like a steal. And I don't even have that kinda money.
It's to bad that the area just forward of the Portuguese bridge isn't used with pads to lay upon it would be high on my list to rest on enjoy the view
No pool , no spa ?
Nice name
All of that wood need to be re-finished.
Bold name. Bogart “might” let you get away with it.
Really don't like the finish on that wood. Looks like it's in need of restoration.
Old fashioned
Ugh, they ruined that beautiful woodwork
Dav I do normally like your videos and the way you did them not this one sorry.
I like this yacht but the wood inside is absolutely atrocious.
I'm with you - others like it. Could it be a trick of the camera? If you look at the N&J listing the woods look much lighter, almost like a silver/white oak.
Overpriced compared to other 37's recently sold
Outdated and unpractical.
What a fuel hog
