If you’re doing cave exploring I highly recommend doing it in an ocean. You’ll frequently see water filled caves that reach into deepslate, and being exposed to water they don’t get affected by the reduced air exposure thing. There aren’t many mobs to worry about either, just an occasional drowned. If you don’t want to maintain night vision, there’s a precise 3rd person camera position on the edge of the water that will let you see down without water distortion.
@Chief Reefer or are beds better? Or is two rows of Tnt better? Or is a flying machine better? The point of the video is to test a long version of them. Yes Tnt is possibly best but maybe it gets out scaled after 20 days and some learning of tunnel bore. Don't shoot everyone's idea down and give a shit response in return it's fucking stupid.
I've always had my best luck doing strip mining but on Chuck borders like on 00 or 16 16, 32 32 etc. do a double wide shaft with tunnels stretching out left and right every three blocks and you can average about 42 ores per hour (plenty more diamonds if your tool has Fortune of course)
Daimond rates at y=-53 are almost the same as at y=-57, but you'll be above all the lava lakes, so you can just water them to obsidian. I think this would greatly affect the results of the tunnel bore
Underwater cave mining is probably one of the best ways to get diamonds and if you feed dolphins it will direct you to the nearest chest in the ocean. The chest might be from shipwreck and can contain buried treasure maps which will contain op loots. Plus underwater diamond ores are considered as unexposed, so you have a higher chance of getting veins of diamonds (since diamonds are found more unexposed than the usual cave mining)
For the end cities, I would count the diamond equipment as well. Sure it's not in diamond form, but it's diamonds you don't need to waste crafting new equipment. There were several diamond chestplates you showed alone, and in 100000 blocks I'm sure you would collect several stacks worth of diamonds in equipment form. The enchantments would not be ideal but just use a grindstone, throw the cursed ones away though.

However I am currently doing it and the real concern is to take care of the machine or else it completely breaks. Will compute the total, but obviously rates are slower. @@347Jimmy I guess it comes down to this. Imagine there are two blocks at diamond level and they are one or two blocks apart. You don't know if either of them is a diamond ore or not. Now imagine all the different possible diamond clusters, that one of the blocks could be in. In some cases the other block would also be a diamond and in other cases it wouldn't. For cave exploring ,,,mob switch ,extremely good flying skills
interesting, thank you for trying it out for us. why dont you use totems btw??
Totems make survival too easy :DD
@@Shulkercraft oh, i see xd
wow this really makes me want to play minecraft
great video
I don't know what Mojang did with ore generation, but I've already found a clutch of more than 10 diamonds twice and it was not at the intersection of chunks. The first clutch was 15 and the other 11
Love you shulker craft for your tips
Cheap to build *requires a ton of ancient debris, another ton of slime blocks and not to mention dead coral*
You can make the 7 wonders of world in your survival world...
Btw love your videos...❤❤
I think you should try to do ancient debris. Just an idea. You can loot ancient debris and netherite in bastions where pigeons are at
best strat: villagers.
Pretty simple.
Most things you need a diamond for is already covered.
Plus it's the easiest one as you may create alot of automatic farms.
Hey Shulkercraft!
I challenge you to make the most powerful xp farm present in the entire game. I think that you can do it if you try
My favourite method is caving.
1. It gives you so many diamonds.
2. It's fun.
And you should take EVERY ore, even copper, gold, redstone and coal, because you WILL need it.
I think that in the video the ONLY ore they got was diamonds. They just leaved the other ores there.
At least that's what i think.
LOL

Just going through 1.19 caves reveals tons upon tons of diamonds. I've found stacks of ores that way, so would be really surprised if that wasn't the actual best method
You can use mending on pickaxes so not really an issue and cave exploring uses a lot of torches and I get bored of going in the tunnels
Ahh there they are..... My saviors came to save me from my depression😌...... But just for 14 mins though 😕.....and i will go right back to it
But anyway keep up the good work!!👍
