The game always seems to respect what you see on your screen so it goes both ways. On talons screen I’m sure it was pretty center mass hit on haze. And I’m sure on talons screen sometimes a sleep knife looks five feet left that still hits. Tbf I’d rather occasionally feel like I get hit by bs while still hitting everything I feel like I hit rather than not getting hit by things then also not getting registers when I hit something directly so I’m chill with the system.
I don't know your set up and all that, but you can try doing borderless windowed, I know that sounds bad, bug from an experience I had with my cousin on a different game when he was having frame issues, for some reason fullscreen was awful freezing and borderless ran smooth. It could not help, but it's worth a shot, easy thing to try.
Try switching off vulkan - in my experience it’s worse (currently) than dx11. Also switching graphics presets back and forth after you just started the game fixes some of the issues

I do have this issue, commonly when I desconect from a match and come back, I don’t think this issue has anything to do whit mods or add ons

that might be because of the custom haze skin you are using that is not appearing, custom skins have a lower framerate than others
