This is his personal opinion. Being an adult immigrating to USA, I became a professional and have not experienced any systematic racism. Only if you are not strong, you always feel a grade below others.
Have you ever studied the history of Chinese Americans from the time of Chinese exclusion act to the present day anti- China/ Asian hate crimes? Even a strong person like Bruce Lee experienced systemic racism in Hollywood.
