Abakaliki is more spacious and well planned compared to lot of other cities. The govt should build a boulevard on that sperando road , plus plant more trees and a defined green area or garden park near that Hausa quarters flyover
Nwifuru is proving to be lazy. All he has been doing is sharing money and modifying what infrastructure Umahi had already completed. Instead of him to build more roads he has gone around coating all of Umahi's concrete pavement roads with low quality asphalt causing many potholes to appear. Instead of finishing this Olympic stadium which Umahi took to about 70% completion, he abandons it and shares cash instead. I am not impressed, although I appreciate Umahi was always going to be a tough act to follow.

If you are on okada in abakaliki and it rained 🌧 you better caution the bike man. Bcos I have witnessed bike slip due to concrete road in abakaliki, right before my eyes. I thank the present governor for introducing asphalt surfacing of all the concrete roads in the state. Concrete is a disaster waiting to happen

When concrete roads are badly done, they end up worst than defective asphalt. The roght mix is always vital at all times.
