Do you think this result would have been different with the new T4 upgrade kit and the higher rev limiter? The upgraded T4 seems to have gained the most time around high speed circuits like PFI.

It's already had the "upgrade kit" with the higher RPM limit. They were quicker than a prokart around Whilton Mill at IKR last year so I think a more technical track would give the Tillotson a bigger advantage over the Prokart

A twin engine GX160 prokart would've been fairer comparison.. This twin RPM Extreme engined kart is making a bit over 18hp vs 15hp for the Tilly...

True, but the Tillotsons were lapping quicker than the 200's at Whilton last year at IKR. But at PFI it's definitely going to go the way of the prokart with the extra power

them " don't fully commit " moves are more dangerous than properly sending it. Seeing if he sees you isn't always going to work.. easy to flip someone if you catch them on the rear with half arsed moves.

If it was under full race conditions I'd agree, but here I was never committing to a move unless the gap was fully there, we both knew where the prokart was much quicker and was always prepared for an overtake/always aware where each other was. We're just having fun over getting elbows out 😅

Yeah I'm not sure either,
Prokarts are obviously quicker but the Tillotson feels easier to drive. Both have their advantages and disadvantages 😅

The good thing about having your own prokart is you can have a mess around with the set up a little more. One of those haase karts set up just for you would be a dream to drive I bet
