Wow a true master with the 4 in a row with some doubles instant win each time doing that. I always had a hard time with the second one a miracle if I could make it to round 5.
well if i remember right 5 in a row is outright instant death. it *will* will your board enough to kill you. although i do seem to remember getting 6 in a row once... that was a fun day.

Nice run, is there any safe strategy for where the clear blocks land when the opponent makes clears? Seems to me like there wouldn't really be a good backup and it's just about adjusting on the fly if they drop somewhere bad.
I played Mean Bean Machine for the first time in years and I’ve never been good at it, but today I so proud of myself by beating Dr. Robotnik in 33 seconds so I wanted to see if anyone else had done it, nice.
and yet in a way it also makes the game easier. think about it, the game's ai is old, and even if it weren't, it can only think so fast. i remember my first time beating robotnik was legit just me desperately clearing beans as fast as possible and waiting for him to kill himself and give me the victory.@@somebodycool9100
It's like he's the perfect colors for these combos but in reality they're completely random and we're just trash because we can't use them out efficiently as average players lol
I beat this game on normal mode today.. only took 20 minutes or so.. Dragon Breath and Scratch were a real pain though.. I remember when I couldn't get past stage 2 hahaha

You should look up Pro Puyo Puyo players. They can consistently get chains of like 15

Short answer: no, the Nuisance Puyos drop on random locations, unlike some other games in the series.

Short follow up to an answer given before: stacking your beans high (3 tall) makes them less susceptible to being covered up by lesser attacks

Been playing this game for decades and still can't Wrap my head around how to consistently do combos bigger than 3
i had a easier time with robotnik then i had with god dam skweel (stage 6) i beat robotnik in 9 tries where as skweel took me 175
