It’s pronounced “Domi nee ka”. I was born here and it irks me when people try to pronounce the name like it’s DR (Dominican Republic).

Thanks for your comment, and as a "born and bred" Dominican still living om the island I understand your concern. However that's the best my AI Narrator can do. Sorry about that. And I actually pronounce it "Dom-nee-ca" with a silent "i".! 😃
