Hey Chad! Fantastic shave!! My shave was very similar! I started off with a vintage Gillette Red Tip Superspeed with a German made Wilkinson Sword blade brand new, vintage Old Spice shave soap, Thayers unscented witch hazel, Old Spice Daily Hydration lotion for a balm, vintage Old Spice aftershave, and a store brand moisturizer to finish it all off! I had a wonderful shave!! In my humble opinion, nothing, not even today's artisan soaps, measures up to Old Spice!! It is so thick, creamy, and slick!! I have 9 pucks with 5 being in the original mugs!! The one I am currently using lost most of its scent. So i just poured a teaspoon of the vintage aftershave on the puck and let it soak into it!! The scent is strong again!! I do this type of shave a couple of times a year. I am like you, I love most vintage gear over the modern versions. Quality was important back then, unlike the massed produced items designed to last a short time to ensure repeat business now! The old Gillettes are impeccable in build quality! I recommend any new traditional wet shaver to invest in at least a few vintage Gillettes!! You can't go wrong! Thanks so much for this vintage shave!! Keep them up!! JimG

Great shave Chad! Haven’t seen many TH-camrs using vintage old spice. Very cool, looks like it did great! I’ll have to get a hold of some sometime. That barrister and Mann spice smells gooood 😎! Have a good trip to Florida!
